Introducing Buveni Ann. She has that Bollywood star look, which is simply beautiful! This quick shoot was done around the QE2 area @Church Street Pier, Penang. Our first time shooting in the darkness. Check her out and lets spread some love this Valentine season!

Wear it from Your Heart

When we were asked by Vanessa Diamonds & Mt. Miriam Cancer Hospital a month ago to shoot for their Valentine's day charity sale fund raising for the hospital, I jump at the opportunity even though it's a non-paying job. The idea is to showcase the jewelery - a black Tahitian Pearl encrusted with diamonds & jades, which will be autioned off for the benifit of the hospital.

It's my first photoshoot of the year & I'm happy to kick it off doing my bits for a good cause. Those that opines that free job means low quality job may seriously want to think again! It's Lexy again and she's back doing what she's best at - modeling & complementing the jewelery.. effectively.

Eventually, only one picture was chosen to be made into invitation/promotional cards and here's the final result. Great job too from the graphic designer. Now, if you wish to buy the Pearl, drop me a note & I shall help you place a bid :]

Lexy "自然 .美"

I hate to admit this but yes, I've been slack in the post-production of my photowork. As of today, there are still several photoshoot which I've done since December in the queue. The reason is because of an added commitment of late.. Yes, there is something more important than photography at the time being, but I shall be back on track really soon :)

This photoshoot is one of my personal natural-lighting favourites of 2009. Model is again Lexy, which we love so much to shoot again & again. The presentation concept is something that I've wanted to do all this while, but was unable to due to my lack of literacy in the Chinese language. It's however finally possible thanks to my dearest girlfriend - appreciate her effort in getting the wordings and her input in putting up this album!!

CheokHoong + PuiYee : Prelude

A friend recently gave me a nudge about not updating my blog for some time now. Yes, I've been tied up lately. Furthermore, the group went on a "mini sabatical" in the month of November. No photoshoot were planned (some got postponed rather) to recharge ourselves in anticipation of a busy month in December, starting with this one..

A pre-wedding portrait - Cheok Hoong, fondly known as Loke is a close friend of ours for almost 10 years now. It's always a joy to see yet another friend tying up the knot. This shoot was done at 32 At The Mansion, a beautifully restored colonial mansion situated at the Upper Penang Road. Great settings for beautiful pre-wedding images. Check them out below!

"I Am" :: Natalie

This is a quick, pretty much unplanned assignment. The request from Natalie was for a studio-style photo shoot. Now, you can easily create a "studio" effect from anywhere at all. Lexy: Glam at the G

My latest work being my favourite to date. The model, Lexy is a friend's sister and she's a real joy to photograph! It's fortunate that we managed to obtain the permission to shoot at the G-Hotel. Put a beautiful model and a stylish setting together, and you get wonderful images!
